When your order ships, we’ll send you an SMS with your tracking details.

We offer free standard shipping to all GCC countries:

• Same-day delivery in Dubai for orders placed before 4 PM
• Next-day delivery to other Emirates for orders placed before 10 PM
• International delivery within 4 to 5 business days worldwide
• Pre-orders ship within 10 to 15 business days
  

Yes, we ship to all countries.

International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We offer exchanges only, no returns or refunds.

If your item is defective, faulty, or not as described, please notify us within 1 to 2 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive the original item, we’ll send out the replacement.
